Having trouble logging in?
Most issues can be fixed in a couple of steps. Try the checklist below before opening a ticket.
- Check that you’re using the same email address you used when signing up.
- Reset your password if you can’t remember it or haven’t logged in for a while.
- Clear your browser cache or try another browser if the log in page doesn’t load correctly.

- We will never ask you for your password in email, chat or support tickets.
